Upon completing the Principles course and passing the State Salesperson Exam, the DRE issues you an 18-Month Conditional License. This license is contingent upon you passing two more statutory courses within the first 18 months of receiving your conditional license. HOWEVER, if you complete these two statutory courses PRIOR to applying for your license (licensing occurs after you pass the state exam), the DRE will issue you a Full 4-Year License.
