CalBRE Advisory: Effective January 1, 2016, a new mandatory subject in Management & Supervision will be required as part of the 45-hour continuing education requirement. This new requirement affects the following licensees with an expiration date on or after Jan. 1, 2016.

Once your courses are complete, simply submit your certificates to the CalBRE.
3. Submit Your Info To The BRE
Once your completion of courses is reported to the state and it’s within 90 days of your renewal date, you can submit an application online or by mail. Links to the eLicensing system and the necessary forms can be found on the CalBRE website at www.dre.ca.gov/licensees/RenewLicense
4. Congratulations! Your License Renewal is Complete
Don’t forget: All California real estate agents and brokers must renew their licenses every four years from the date of licensure. That means every four years, you will need to take mandatory continuing education again.
